e30-00 Miniature lounging Frog

Ordered 5/14 with an ETA of 5/19-5/26. Marked “shipped” on 5/17 but tracking was “pre-transit” for over a week. Messaged the seller 5/25 asking for an update; no response. Had to file an Etsy help request on 5/27 which finally got the seller's attention - no apology/explanation but they said they'd upgrade to expedited shipping. Package finally arrived 6/2 via USPS ground, not expedited; package was also smashed but luckily the piece itself was intact. This shop has many lovely items and if it weren't for the poor customer service, this would have been a 5 star review. I'm not sure if my order was a fluke compared to the other good reviews, but I'll hesitate to consider purchasing from here again given my experience.
